Crossfit Mataró is the center specialized in CrossFit and functional training with more than 750 square meters practicable to train.

The 10 meters high of the box and its completely transparent space, allow all kinds of exercises without any limitation.

What is crossfit?

CrossFit is a conditioning program designed to help people improve their physical condition in its broadest sense. The CrossFit program focuses on functional movements, constantly varied, performed at high intensity to obtain a complete fitness state and, therefore, be prepared for any challenge.

CrossFit combines exercises and philosophies of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, cardiovascular endurance. All in order to be as fit as possible and prepared for the unknown and unpredictable. CrossFit is a community of people who have decided not to be common but to be the best, strongest, and healthiest they can be.
